Include your iPhone model, iOS version and the mixer or interface you're using.

My mixer or audio interface doesn't show up: Rec DJ Pro Max can only use inputs that iOS recognises. Check the cable and adapter, make sure the device is powered, then unplug it and plug it back in. Most class-compliant USB mixers and interfaces work without extra drivers.
Why does the app ask for microphone access?: iOS requires microphone permission for any audio input, including a USB mixer. You can change it at any time in Settings › Rec DJ Pro Max.
Where are my recordings saved?: On your iPhone. They appear in the app's library and in the Files app, where you can move or share them.
A recording was interrupted: Unplugged equipment, low battery, low storage and some system events can stop a recording. The app recovers what it can, but the last few moments may be missing. Make a short test recording before an important set.
Do you collect my data?: No. There is no account, advertising or analytics, and recordings never leave your device unless you share them. See the privacy policy for details.
